At TeamUp, it doesn't matter if you're just thinking about starting a business for the first time or have been working on a business idea for months. What counts is your motivation to work at a startup and change the status quo there!
Being open-minded makes the difference
At TeamUp, you probably won't "hire" your CTO or CMO. The search for a co-founder starts with making contacts and being open to meeting new people who have similar interests and goals. We’ll help you find these people!

How it works:
Participation
You are interested in founding a company, have expertise or are simply motivated to work for a startup? We are looking forward to your application!
You already have a business idea? Then take part in TeamUp with it and pitch your project for 90 seconds in front of the other participants. But beware, there are only 30 places in the "Idea" category - first come, first served. So be quick and register directly!
Pitche deine Idee
Vor Ort hängen wir eine Liste aus, um die Reihenfolge der Pitches festzulegen.
Sei also gerne rechtzeitig da und sichere dir deinen Pitch-Platz, damit du die anderen Teilnehmenden von deiner Idee überzeugen kannst.
Finde dein Team
Im Anschluss an die Pitches, findet ihr euch in Teams zusammen und diskutiert in einem kreativen Workshopformat die bestehenden Ideen.
Nur die Ideen, die mit ihrem Pitch die meisten Teilnehmenden überzeugt haben, finden Mitstreiter*innen für ihre Arbeit.
Networking
Selbstverständlich könnt ihr anschließend noch gemütlich beisammen sein, euch bei kühlen Getränken austauschen und euer Netzwerk aufbauen.
