The KI-Innovation Lab

Unlock your organization's AI potential with us and benefit from one of the largest high-tech entrepreneur networks.

  • We provide guidance, analyze the status quo with you, and identify areas for action.
  • We help you find the right experts, develop solutions together, and offer independent and neutral access to suitable specialists.
  • We guide you safely, purposefully, and personally through your projects.

We support you in

  • Systematically defining and analyzing challenges (organizational, strategic, and technological)
  • Creatively developing areas of action, objectives, and their selection, prioritization, and project planning
  • Identifying and selecting suitable experts for the development and implementation of digitization and AI projects, as well as training employees

For the practical implementation of your projects, we offer you exclusive access to our large network of IT experts and help with order placement through our matchmaking program.
For the practical implementation of projects, we also offer you a potential analysis and funding advice.

Block 1

Non-binding initial consultation & AI readiness check

During the initial consultation, we will discuss your wishes and requirements. Depending on your ideas and the maturity of your project, we will then develop your roadmap and prepare a customized quote. In addition, we offer an AI readiness check to assess your level of digitalization. Funded by the European Union, you will receive your own evaluation including an industry comparison.

This measure is co-financed as part of the EDIH-AICS project.

Block 2

Workshops

In order to plan the project together with you, we then move on to the project development stage. Depending on the maturity of your project, we use a workshop format to work out the possibilities, goals, and solutions. Our workshops range from potential workshops and idea workshops to requirements workshops. Independent experts are involved in these workshops from the outset, ensuring that the results are concrete.

Block 3

Matchmaking with experts

Once the project has been developed, we will search for the right experts to assist with further implementation. For example, we will present qualified solution providers to you at a pitch event and assist with the matchmaking process.

Block 4

Funding advice

We also offer funding advice for your project plans from our consultants. Depending on your needs, funding advice can include an initial analysis of potential and be expanded to include support in preparing funding applications.

Block 5

Prototyping and implementation

Once a suitable solution provider has been successfully found, the implementation of your project begins in collaboration with the experts. We remain at your side for any questions and further projects.

Block 6

Training concepts

When you decide to implement a digitalization and AI project, you are facing change. To help you manage this change, especially together with your employees, we offer customized training concepts. These can be tailored to your needs and implemented accordingly.

Our Team

We are here to answer your questions. With comprehensive knowledge and a strong network, we are your partner and companion for digitization and AI projects. We look forward to hearing from you.
