Mentoring & coaching is tailored for startups in the IT and high-tech industries. Experienced mentors help young entrepreneurs when setting up their businesses. Business ideas are supported, the business model is validated, positioning and market entry are analysed and growth strategies are discussed.

The special thing about our mentoring programme: Our mentors are not consultants, but experienced business managers and chairs who pass on their knowledge to help the next generation of young entrepreneurs’ advance, because they seek the challenges new business ideas bring with them.

Framework & conditions

Starting points and contents of a possible mentoring are jointly identified in an initial personal talk with our team. The requirement is that your startup is at a stage in which the business model is slowly taking shape.

Afterwards, we look for a suitable mentor, establish the contact and support you. When partners, mentor and business have agreed on the extent of the mentoring they conclude a written agreement on topics such as intended aims, milestones and applied resources.

Our mentors who are committed to the business solely on a voluntary basis during the mentoring are there purely for strategic support. The operative tasks are incumbent on you as the businessperson. Mentoring normally lasts 6 months; it can also be extended by mutual arrangement.

Sessions normally take place every 1-2 months. Sessions are also possible more often upon agreement with the mentor.

Individual workshops as short mentoring sessions are also possible according to the initial situation and issue.
