Reward Analyst

Job Description

Your daily playground:

  • You will maintain accurate reward data within the HRIS in collaboration with colleagues from different entities
  • You will support the annual salary review and variable incentive processes
  • You will provide reward analytics and reports illustrating trends and insights for key employee reward lifecycle events
  • You will work alongside the HR team and business leaders to achieve pre-set HR KPIs
  • You will develop a standard reward reporting set to provide on-demand, country-specific statutory reporting
  • You will proactively work with the team to streamline reward reports and improve the quality of information provided to stakeholders
  • You will ensure that all rewardactivities are in alignment with Tipico’s data privacy standards
  • You will promote and monitor the consistent and correct use of payroll information across Tipico Group
  • You will act as a central point of reference for Reward and Compensation within a global team
  • You will prepare, implement and execute reward requests as and when required
  • You will define and then work with the HR team in the ongoing management of the corporate grading system
  • You will ensure Reward and Compensation data is kept up-to-date and aligned with the Financial Budgets and execute reporst as required


Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Expert level Excel skills including excel modeling
  • You have good analytical and problem-solving skills with very strong attention to detail
  • You have experience with grading, leveling and external compensation data (salary reports). Willis Towers Watson experience would be a distinct advantage.
  • You are able to work virtually with stakeholders in all locations
  • You are a Team player with a hands-on attitude
  • You are able to adapt in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances and flexibility to work in ambiguous situations
  • Commitment to provide accurate data and reports
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (German language skills would also be advantageous)
  • You demonstrated capacity for gathering & scrutinizing reward data to identify issues, opportunities, patterns, and business solutions
