Our next strategic step is to start a proactive international sales approach – primarily to the UK market. Your role as Business Development Representative (BDR) will be to engage and qualify prospects to create pipeline for our Account Executives. In addition to processing inbound leads, your focus will be on outbound prospecting. BDRs who establish high performance and are strong representatives of Echobot’s core values will have potential for new challenges and career advancement within sales.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategize with Account Executives on which companies to target
  • Book discovery meetings through a combination of the classic prospecting techniques like social outreach via LinkedIn, by phone or email
  • Conduct discovery meetings to evaluate their challenges and figure out, if Echobot has the right solution for them
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to convert opportunities created into sales qualified leads
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance Echobot’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

What we expect

  • Relevant sales experience preferred, but not essential
  • Ability to engage with prospects over the phone, by email, or LinkedIn
  • Ambition to build a career in sales with an eye on future growth
  • Admirable work ethic, a superior business acumen and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Native English speaker or native speaker fluency, suitable for high-level sales interactions
