As a Team Lead in Business Development, you will report to the Head of Sales, and will be responsible for our outbound BDE team. They are the first personal touch point with prospective customers and the key to our success.

Your Responsibilities:

• Hire, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Executives
• Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
• Motivate team members through a great sense of humor, challenges, and creative incentives
• Identify and improve areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
• Regularly report on team/individual results

What We Expect:

• Experience as an SDR/BDE/AE is essential, ideally within B2B sales or at a SaaS company
• Consistent (over) achievement of your quota as an individual contributor
• Previous leadership experiences preferred, lead with the right combination of strong personal leadership and data
• Experience working with state of the art sales tools such as Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator, Vidyard and many more
• Passion for training and developing a team
