Your Responsibilities:

  • Hire, coach, and manage a team of Business Development Executives
  • Develop the sales, product, and industry skills of each team member
  • Motivate team members through a great sense of humor, challenges, and creative incentives
  • Identify and improve areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
  • Regularly report on team/individual results

What We Expect:

  • Experience as an SDR/BDE/AE is essential, ideally within B2B sales or at a SaaS company
  • Consistent (over) achievement of your quota as an individual contributor
  • Previous leadership experiences preferred, lead with the right combination of strong personal leadership and data
  • Experience working with state of the art sales tools such as Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator, Vidyard and many more
  • Passion for training and developing a team
